a decent experience overall
easy transport wine availability no closet special needs room
I found the location to be quite advantageous for seeing some sites. i could walk to many places, and the local transport was easy to use. the terrace on the 3rd floor was a nice amenity. there was a fire pit where marshmallows were toasted. Plus, free wine was offered.
The room i received was not ideal. i booked a twin bedded room since king rooms weren't available. i was given a special needs room. there was no closet or drawers, so unpacking for my stay was impossible.

superb stay
quiet street king bed accommodating staff
The location is fantastic. It sits on a quiet street with a stream. the rooms are large with a king bed and a chaise lounge. i found the staff accommodating and loved the blue bottle coffee in the lobby..
i found that the onsite café opened a bit late. it would be helpful if it opened earlier than 9am. this would allow guests to grab coffee before exploring.

the hotel features a bar on the eighth floor that is excellent for unwinding. there is also a sky bar with sweeping views. i found the views particularly excellent at sunset.

The front desk staff were always attentive. they promptly addressed my questions and requests. i felt well attended . The service was both efficient and professional.

adequate hotel experience
friendly staff pretty street great location breakfast quality nightly sound no pancakes
the staff was friendly and helpful. the street was very pretty with cherry blossoms. i thought the location was great (i could walk to many places).
The breakfast was not the best. Kids would have preferred pancakes or waffles. there was a sound knocking in my room at night, usually around 11 pm to 2 am. when i checked, there was nobody there. This happened almost every night 2 or 3 times.

the location was central with many restaurants nearby the room was spacious too
the reception gave me a room with a bad view it overlooked a warehouse the breakfast quality decreased after the first few days it tasted like it was refrigerated
